HACCP for Food Handlers Online Course
Who Should Take the Course:
HACCP team members and front line production staff are the target audience for this course.
Course Objectives:
After finishing, participants will comprehend how to operate as a HACCP team as well as a functional HACCP plan and its seven guiding principles. Participants will also learn about personal hygiene, which is mandated by the government (FSMA), business, and auditing bodies, and how healthy habits can have a big impact on food safety. The course provides a straightforward and comprehensible introduction to food safety regulations.
The course curriculum consists of the following 5 modules:
Module 01 - Introduction to HACCP
Module 02 - Food Safety 101
Module 03 - Understanding HACCP
Module 04 - Pre-requisite programs and supporting documentation
Module 05 - HACCP Concepts
Evaluation Process:
Every module concludes with a test. Prior to going on to the next module, participants must pass the test. If a participant doesn't score 80%, they can review the material in the module and try again as many times as needed to move forward and finish the course. Every test is different because the test questions are chosen at random from a test bank.
After finishing every module successfully, you can print a certificate for your records.
